How To Create Working Contact Us Form In Your Existing Blogger or Website
Step 1 : Login your blogger
Step 2 : Select Pages --> New Pages
Step 3 : Give Page Name as "Contact us"
Step 4 : Click "save" and "Publish"
Step 5 : Goto "Layout"
Step 6 : Select "Add a Gadget" under Cross Column
Step 7 : Add Pages widget
Step 8 : Tick Contact us
Step 9 : Click on save button
Step 10 : Select "Save arrangement"
Step 11 : Your page is ready now
Step 12 : Now goto "jotform.com"
Step 13 : Sign up and login
Step 14 : Click on "Create Form"
Step 15 : Under "Use Template" click on create button
Step 16 : Select your form and click on "Continue" button
Step 17 : Drag and drop your required field
Step 18 : Select "Properties Submit" button and click on theme
Step 19 : Select your theme from right pane
Step 20 : Click on "Save button" and Click on "Back to builder"
Step 21 : Click on Save button
Step 22 : Select "Setup & Embed" tab and click "Publish" button
Step 23 : Select "Embed" and copy code
Step 24 : Go to your blogger select Pages --> contact us and edit button
Step 25 : Paste your code here
Step 26 : Select "Update" button
Step 27 : You Done!, Check and test your page
Step 28 : Enter details and click submit button
Step 29 : Go and check your email
Step 30 : You Done!
