Step 1: Login your facebook account
Step 2: In search box type "Youtube Tab"
Step 3: Select "apps" tab
Step 4: Now "use now" button" in YouTube tab application
Step 5: Select "Install Application"
Step 6: Select your page from dropdown menu
Step 7: Click "Add Page Tab"
Step 8: Under "YouTube or playlist ID" Enter your youtube channel address(URL)
Step 9: Select "Save Settings"
Step 10: You Done!

Step 2 : Go to "www.youtube.com/features"Step 3 : Under Custom URL click on "you're eligible for a custom URL claim it here"
Step 4 : Under Channel settings click on "you're eligible for a custom URL claim it here"
Step 5 : Click on "Change URL"
Step 6 : Click "Confirm Choice"
Step 7 : You are done!
