Step 1: Open Photoshop
Step 2: Go to File --> New and select the size as per your requirement
Step 3: Use Text tool from left pane
Step 4: Now type the text "Informative Tech Video"
Step 5: Now Drag and drop the Image
Step 6: Go to image layer
Right click --> Create Clipping Mask
Step 7: You Done! Image will be displayed in side your text
