Step 1: Go to "Play Store" app and search for "Google Indic Keyboard"
Step 2: Install this app and clisk open
Step 3: Select "Select input method button
Step 4: Choose "English & Indic Language"
Step 5: Under google indic keyboard option select your language "Tamil & English"
Step 6: Yor setup is completed, Now try
Step 7: Now test using whatsapp, message... wherever you want to type in tamil use it
Step 8: Enjoy typing in tamil
