How to enable or disable USB port using registry editor



To Disable USB Port
Step 1: Winkey+R to open Run
Step 2: Type "regedit" inside text box and click on OK button
Step 3: Now navigate to folder as below
             HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/services/USBSTOR
Step 4: Under USBSTOR folder, Right click on start file which is in right pane
Step 5: Select modify and change the value as 4
Step 6: Click on Ok button to disable USB port

To Enable USB Port
Step 7: Repeate the step 1 to 4
Step 8: Now change the value as 3
Step 9: Cick on OK button to Enable USB Port
